Practical info & costs

The tuition fee for the 2009 programme is 400€, covering:

• 150€ for single rooms in University accommodation;
• FREE for courses fee and material;
• 250€ for all meals and numerous social activities.
• Travel and personal expenses are not included.

Participation is limited to no more than 40 students.

Acceptance is at the discretion of the organizers, and will be announced by 1st July 2009 for those regostred by the first deadline.

A Tuition Fee Invoice and a Payment Form will be emailed and posted to you once you have been accepted to the programme. Further details regarding payment will be detailed on your invoice.

Withdrawal policy
If you withdraw two or more weeks before the start of the programme, the Summer School will refund 90 percent of the tuition fees paid. Should you cancel a course within two weeks of the start of the programme, the refund will be 80 percent of the tuition fee. No refunds will be given after this date.

All refunds will be processed after the end of the full Summer School programme.

All refunds will be made in EUR. We are unable to refund tuition fees in the event of withdrawal from the programme due to illness. Therefore all participants are advised to make sure they have adequate insurance cover for this eventuality.
