is Full-time Professor of Economics at the Solvay Business School and a member of the Royal Academy of Sciences and Technologies (Morocco). He acted as Adviser at the European Commission and as a Chairman of the Department of Economics at the University of Brussels.
He was also a consultant to the European Parliament, the European Commission, the World Bank, the United Nations and the OECD. Khalid Sekkat has held a visiting professorship at various universities.
His fields of interest are industrial organization, international economics, and development economics.
He published several books and articles in international refereed journals on these themes. His most recent book is "Vertical Relationships and the Firm in the Global Economy" (Edward-Elgar Publishing, 2006).

Over the last 15 years she gained knowledge and understanding of the international aspects of marketing by working as marketing manager Europe for VF Corporation the number one apparel company worldwide.
Her expertise also encompasses trademark management and international brand protection, key in a world where global brands are worth billions of dollars 67 Billion for Coca Cola).
She also had the opportunity to teach an “International Marketing Strategies” course in Vietnam, broadening her international perspective.
is a Tax Partner with Baker & McKenzie in Brussels since January 2004. Prior to joining Baker & McKenzie, he was a tax director with PricewaterhouseCoopers.
He also worked for Tiberghien & Co and for Coopers & Lybrand in Brussels and Frankfurt. Philippe Lion is teaching "International Taxation" at the Solvay Business School.
His areas of expertise are corporate tax and international tax planning, with a special focus on international tax structuring of investments, including real estate investments.
is Professor at the Solvay Business School and CEO of FinMetrics SA (Swiss company specializing in advisory and IT developments in asset and treasury management and risk).
He was Visiting Professor in several Universities.
His areas of expertise are derivative products, financial risk management and valuation of projects.
He published articles and books on these themes such as "Advanced Credit Risk Analysis: Financial Approaches and Mathematical Models to Assess, Price and Manage Credit Risk" (John Wiley & Sons, 2000).
is Professor of Corporate Social Responsibility at Solvay Business School and Professor at the Research Institute for Transitions, Erasmus University Rotterdam. He is Chair of the academic committee of the European Academy of Business in Society. He previously held chairs in the Netherlands, Canada and the UK.
He widely published on topics that relate business strategies and technology, to issues of corporate responsibility, sustainable development and global change. His books include: “Management Education for Sustainability and Corporate Environmental Management” (1994), “Sustainability Strategies for Industry” (1998) and “The Ecology of Information and Communications Technologies” (2002).
is Professor of Economics at the Solvay Business School, and a Visiting Professor at the INSEAD. Prior to this he taught in INSEAD’s campuses in Paris and Singapore.
He also worked at the Central Bank of Portugal, the World Bank and the New University of Lisbon. His research focuses on the interaction between international market competition and innovation, and on the implications of globalization for labor markets.
He has published several articles in academic journals and contributed to policy studies. He teaches in the fields of Public Policy for International Business, Multinationals and the Economies of Emerging Markets, and Macroeconomics, in the MBA and Executive Education programs.
