Students can enrol at the “Vrije Universiteit Brussel” (VUB) or at the “Université Libre de Bruxelles” (ULB):

For enrolment at VUB

• Students who have successfully passed their “Bachelor Handelsingenieur” at VUB (and could thus be admitted to the Dutch "Master Handelsingenieur") and want to enrol for this Master at VUB can directly go to the VUB enrolment service and enrol for the "Master Handelsingenieur". Please inform Ms. Andrea Luyckx by email you wish to enrol for the English programme.

• Students should send a completed application file to Registrar’s Office, Pleinlaan 2, B-1050 Brussels, Belgium. After examination of your file by the Admissions Board, you will receive a letter confirming either acceptance or rejection. When you receive an acceptance letter you can then enrol at the enrolment service. The deadline for application is (preferably) February 1st for all non-EU citizens and june 1st for all EU citizens . After this date interested students may still submit their application files, but we cannot guarantee that they will be processed in time. We will not give admission letters to students who apply after this date unless we are sure that they can get here in time for the first classes. (Classes start around September 19th, but courses in the additional programmes may already start in mid-August). Please take into account that the screening of your completed file may take up to 8 weeks (Screening is usually done much faster than this but depends on the number of application files we receive). Also take into account that we are closed for 2 weeks in July. If you graduate after June 1st, you may send in your application file with the documents you already possess before this date and send us a proof of graduation later. The same goes for interested students who do not have their TOEFL test results before June 1st. Your file will be screened, but you will not get an admission letter until we have received all the required documents.

For enrolment at ULB

• Students who have successfully passed their “Bachelier Ingénieur de Gestion" at ULB (and could thus be automatically admitted to the French "Master Ingénieur de Gestion") and want to enrol for this Master at ULB can enrol directly without completing an application file.
• All other students: please use the procedure for VUB registration (see above).
