Remarks on how to fill out the document:

  • Languages: please mention all the languages you speak and understand under point 2. Also add how well you speak and understand these languages and how you learned them.
  • Proficiency in English: You can prove your proficiency in English:
    • by having obtained your bachelor degree from an English-speaking university
    • by an international language test (please note which test you took and what your score was).
  • Courses: mention for each course
    • The course title in English, French or Dutch
    • Your results (also mention the scale e.g. 10/20 or 7/10)
    • The number of credits for this course. (If you don’t know how many credits a particular course is worth, just mention the total number of hours theory, tutorials/labs, personal work.)
    • management/business = management, business, finance, accounting, marketing, Human Resources Management... ; economics = pure economics like micro-economics, macro-economics, ... ; quantiative methods = mathematics, statistics, econometrics, computer science, ... ; natural sciences = biology, chemistry, physics, technology, ... ; social sciences/humanities = philosophy, sociology, psychology, politics, ...

If you have anything else to demonstrate a background in a particular field (e.g. GMAT test for “Management”, GRE subject test for “Natural Sciences”, non-university language courses, summer courses) please mention this.

When you have given all of the information above, you will receive preliminary advice on whether you are eligible for acceptance with your specific profile, before having to send a completed application file with authenticated documents. Answers to preliminary inquiries are strictly informative. Final decisions are made by the Admissions Board, based on official documents and the completed application files.
