To enrol, you must come personally and bring the following document: two passport-sized photographs, your identity card (or passport) and a photocopy of this, as well as the original or an authenticated copy of the relevant certificate of secondary education that enables you to enter further education. In the case of an application for financial support for accommodation, you should also provide a photocopy of your parents’ tax assessment and family composition.

- From 9h-12h & from 13h30-16, from 19 July – 13 August

ENROLMENT FEES

For Belgian students and students from other countries of the European Union
the enrolment fee is €759.
If you have a SAE scholarship, the fee is €100.
You may be entitled to a discount in accommodation fees if your parents (or you yourself) are on a low income. Further information about such discounts can be obtained by phone at + 32 2 650 23 14/ or 25 76/ or 23 26.

METHOD OF PAYEMENT

You can pay your enrolment fees on the spot via Bancontact/Mister Cash.
You will immediately be granted your student ID card and the relevant student certificates, such as those required by the SNCB (Belgian Railways), the STIB (Brussels public transport system), health insurance companies and family allowances authorities.
You can also pay by bank transfer. If payment is made by bank transfer, your student ID card and other documents will be sent to you after receipt of payment.
