The University halls of residence have a large number of rooms available on the three campuses of Solbosch, Plaine and Erasme. Prices vary in accordance with size and facilities. Students wishing to apply for accommodation should fill in the application form and return it to the university before June 15.

University accommodation is available only to students in full-time education at the university. (Priority criteria are applied)

ULB Accommodation

Solbosch Campus

Willy Peers and Elisée Reclus Hall (bâtiment F1, Avenue Héger).

Completely renovated in 1997, this hall has 212 spacious single (some double) rooms, each with its own washbasin, Internet access and private telephone, with showers, toilets and kitchens on each floor, Single rooms cost €181.18 per month and double rooms €100.73 per person per month.

Nelson Mandela Hall (Avenue des Courses 29).

Built in 1964, each of the 227 single rooms has its own shower, toilet and telephone. Kitchen facilities are shared. (€208.33 per month)

Lucia de Brouckère Hall (Avenue Depage).

The 104 single rooms in this hall, built in 1997, each has its own shower and toilet, Internet access and private telephone. There are shared kitchen facilities. (€244.39 per month + a €37.18 retainer for charges).

La Plaine Campus

Gandhi, Martin Luther King and Henri Lafontaine Halls (Avenue Fraiteur 30).

Dating from 1980, these halls offer 118 single rooms, with a shower (for two rooms), toilet and kitchen on each floor (per ten people). There are also 15 bedsitters (each for two people), with shower, toilet and kitchen area. Single rooms cost €192, studios €192 per person per month.

Anderlecht Campus

Henri Dunant and Bertrand Russel Halls (Route de Lennik 800).

80 single rooms are available, with shower (serving two rooms) and kitchen and toilet per ten people. There are also 10 studios (each for two people), with en suite shower and toilet and a kitchen area. Single rooms cost €192 per month, studios €192 per person per month.

Private accommodation
In addition to the university accommodation, there are two private halls of residence, one on the La Plaine Campus and the other on the Anderlecht Campus.

La Plaine Campus

Maison Irena V.
520 bedsitters, each with a small kitchen, shower, eating area, desk and wardrobe. There are also 5 large studio flats, 13 duplexes and 10 single bedroom apartments. The price of the studios ranges from approximately € 290 to € 350 per month (without the cost of electricity).
