The International Business Field Project (IBFP) is a strategic, organisational or operational consultancy project which addresses real needs of your business. It is carried out by a team of MBA Solvay participants in a provider-client relationship, under the supervision of dedicated faculty and experienced professional consultants. The team takes advantage of the latest tools and techniques to provide you with a professional end product.
This project brings immediate value to your business with:
- A professional and polished final product.
- A fresh, unbiased perspective on the business opportunity or challenge in question.
- A team of up to 4 highly-motivated international MBA participants, equipped with the latest business tools and techniques.
- A minimum of 300 hours of work dedicated to your project.
- Close supervision of the team by a highly experienced faculty supervisor and consulting professional.
- A clear provider-client relationship between MBA Solvay and you.
- The opportunity to assess new high-potential recruits on-site.
