In order to further
improve the quality of its programme, the MBASolvay Management Team set up
an Corporate Council, consisting of 15 to 20 top international HR professionals
meeting twice a year.
The main objective of
the Corporate Council is to advise the MBASolvay Management Team on how to improve
the efficiency of the placement strategy by tailoring it to the needs
of potential employers. Further issues are being tackled, such as how
to adapt the programme [content and structure] to the market, strategic
advice to students on career orientation, and suggestions for business
field projects. Additionally, each member of the Corporate Council ensures
5 student interviews by promotion, out of which ideally 2 for a position
based abroad.
Next to the great occasion of informal
networking with top level HR professionals,
members of the Corporate Council will
have privileged access to the students
of both programmes and an increased visibility.
