1. Admissions
Admissions are on a rolling basis, but applicants are advised to submit
applications early, as the programme is selective and the number of places

2. Visa To obtain a student visa, contact your nearest Belgian Consulate upon acceptance into the programme.
The administrative procedure takes some time and students are recommended to start the process at least three months before anticipated arrival in Belgium. For more detailed information, visit http://www.diplobel.org/
3. Housing Housing for students is available within the campus or individual. It is, of course, always possible for students to rent an appartment individually. As rooms on campus are limited and as demand increases as the academic year draws near, it is recommended to start looking for accomodation as soon as possible.
4. Medical Care Medical Care is provided by the Medical Center of the university, and students are advised to take a medical Insurance at the Center.
5. Cultural Life As a part of the University of Brussels, the Solvay Business School offers a diverse cultural experience. The university hosts a large number of cultural events such as exhibitions, concerts, debates and lectures.
6. Sports
The sports center of the university offers students the possibility to
enjoy any kind of sports activities, such as tennis, basket-ball, football
and volley-ball courts or fitness. Moreover, parks located near the campus
allow to enjoy nature in the heart of Brussels.
