1. Admissions

Admissions are on a rolling basis, but applicants are advised to submit applications early, as the programme is selective and the number of places is limited. The application deadline is September 1st. More info...

2. Visa

To obtain a student visa, contact your nearest Belgian Consulate upon acceptance into the programme. The administrative procedure takes some time and students are recommended to start the process at least three months before anticipated arrival in Belgium. For more detailed information, visit http://www.diplobel.org/

3. Housing

Housing for students is available within the campus or individual. On campus, housing may be provided by an independent agency:
Maison de logement IRENA

Fax:+32 2 646.07.11
Or students may contact the Accomodations Office of the university:
Office du Logement de l'ULB
Phone: +32 2 650.83.50
