On-Campus Assessment
Each candidate without a valid GMAT sore will be asked to take an On-Campus Assessment in Brussels, at the SBS facility, which is composed of 3 parts:
- Quantitative Test
- Essay
- Interview
Quantitative test
It is a multiple-choice test which takes half an hour to complete. The test score will become a part of the candidate’s application file and it will not be communicated to the participant. Candidates are not given an opportunity to re-take the quantitative test.
Example of questions:
- If the price of a certain share on the stock market is 400% of its price a year ago,
what is the percent increase in the price?
- If 50% of a number is 100, what is the quadruple of this number?
Simplify 7 √80 − 6 √45 + 5 √63
- If 4x − 3y = 24, then what is the value of 2y – 8(x / 3)?
What is your ‘weighted average score’ if you get 18 (weighted 3), 16 (weighted 2)
and 15 (weighted 2)?
Essay
Applicants will have half an hour to write a one page essay. The topics will not be communicate in advance.
Interview
The interview is conducted by two alumni. Candidates will be assessed on the basis of the criteria such as the quality and level of work experience, academic background, and short and long term career goals.
Admission procedure
All applications are subject to the approval of the Admission Committee which meets once a month (twice in August) to assess the applications. All the complete applications received at least 3 days before the meeting will be examined and a decision will be made regarding the candidacy. The results will be communicated the day after the Admission Committee meeting.
How to register for an interview?
As of February, the interviews will take place on pre-set days. Before that, interviews might be organised on the basis of a request.
