The creation of Chairs financed by corporate sponsorship represents an integral part of the strategic objective of the Solvay Business School to develop the international nature of the School.
These Chairs have already enabled us to welcome, among others, Professor Steve Kaplan (University of Chicago), Professor Kenneth Morse (MIT) and Professor Herwigh Langhor (INSEAD)..

At the present time the Solvay Business School has nine Chairs :

• The Solvay Chair in Technological Innovation
• The Léo Goldschmidt Chair in Corporate Governance
• The Suez Chair in Leadership and Personal Development
• The Bernheim Chair in Entrepreneurship
• The Daniel Janssen Chair in Corporate Social Responsibility
• The Marie and Alain Philippson Chair in Managing for Human Sustainable Development
• The InBev-Baillet Latour Chair in Euromarketing
• The Van Rossum Visiting Professorship in Multiculturalism in Europe
• The Marketing Chair

The School’s ambition is to continue developing along these lines, through the creation of new Chairs in other fields of management, notably in not-for-profit governance, citizenship, Europe, negotiation and argumentation techniques, banking and insurance.
