L'Association des diplômés en Sciences de l'Université libre de Bruxelles (AScBr) et la Faculté des Sciences de l’ULB viennent de communiquer la liste des lauréats du Prix AScBr 2012.

C’est François Koulischer, doctorant à ECARES faisant sa thèse sous la direction d’Estelle Cantillon, qui vient d’obtenir le premier prix.

To celebrate its 60th anniversary, Beihang University (Beijing, China), will organise, through its School of Economics & Management, the 1st “Management Frontiers and Economic Issues Forum "on October 10-14, 2012 in Beijing.

The aim of the Forum is to provide both researchers and practitioners a platform to meet and share cutting-edge development in the field. Scholars and professors can discuss the hot and difficult issues in Economics and Management in theory and practice.

The jury of the Marie-Christine Adam Foundation chose  the team of Thibaut Vanderhofstadt (SBS-EM) & Priscilla Patricia Garcia Perez  (Tec de Monterrey) as the winner of their video competition launched last year.

The winning video has been shown during the end of year proclamation ceremony during which the price has been given to the students by Patrick Meyer, son of Marie-Christine Adam.

The winning team goes home with a check of 2.500 EUR and a certificate from the Marie-Christine Adam Foundation.

The project and business plan dreamed up by Sacha Schmitz, Aline Evrard and Dirk Mettlen (INGE4 2012) has seduced the jury and maybe more importantly the public since they also finished #1 in the public vote.
