The Digital Masters Academy @SOLVAY Brussels School – The Digital Masters Academy will be joining the Advanced Marketing Management lecture in 2018/2019

A new digital venture takes place at the SOLVAY Brussels School in Marketing this upcoming semester. A unique opportunity for Master Students in the first year will be put in place to boost digital learning, doing and growing! For the first time the Advanced Marketing Management lecture (GESTS 489 and 403/ Rothenberger) will join forces with GOOGLE, and B:A.M. (Belgian Association of Marketing) to launch the Digital Masters Academy on September 18th.
By 2020, 9 out of 10 jobs will require digital knowledge. Online marketing will provide a robust basis for all jobs in the digital sector. Together with the Digital Masters Academy, the Advanced Marketing Management session want to boost digital competences of the new generation, as they will be the growth engine of our digital economy. With the skill set (Marketing Tool Kit) and hands-on experience the students obtain in the Advanced Marketing Management lecture and Digital Masters Academy, the students are ready to kick-start a career in digital business.

Centre Emile Bernheim (CEB), is ULB’s research Institute in Management Sciences, affiliated to the Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management (SBS-EM).

The CEB's researchers are currently active in the following fields: Finance, Accounting & Tax Sciences; International Trade & Development; Strategy, Corporate Governance, Marketing & Innovation; Economic & Financial History; Human Resources, Organisation & Labor Economics; Microfinance (CERMi); Public Management; Centre d'Etudes Economiques et Sociales de l'Environnement (CEESE).

CEB is organised into eight departments, it hosts full-time professors, part-time professors, and researchers.

CEB members publish in top international scientific journals and participate in congresses, conferences, and academic teaching around the world. CEB senior researchers have developed close relations with public and private firms, and national and international organisations (EU, World Bank, IMF, federal and regional Belgian governments, the European Patent Office, the OECD), wich frequently lead to contracts funding applied research work and expertise. CEB also runs the Doctoral School in Management Science of the SBS-EM. Some CEB PhD students benefit from scholarships. These grants (FNRS, CIM, etc.) are highly competitive, and CEB candidates have obtained excellent scores in recent rounds of attribution.
