Olivier Hamoir is a Director in McKinsey & Company’s office in Brussels. He co-leads the Financial Institutions Group practice at EMEA level.  Since joining the Firm in 1987, Olivier was mainly involved in assignments for financial institutions. His activities focused in particular on defining, preparing and implementing new strategies, introducing new organizational structures and carrying out numerous operational improvement programs designed to improve his clients’ performance significantly. Before joining McKinsey, Olivier worked for 3 years at Procter & Gamble Benelux as Brand Manager of a number of major consumer products.
