SBS-EM Outgoing Exchange Student Project featured in major indian newspaper
Saturday, January 29, 2011 - Times Of India
David Rousseau is a SBS student who chose India as his exchange destination (IIM-C University). As part of the requirements for the second-year elective course in IIM Calcutta's flagship programme 'Marketing to the bottom-of-the pyramid customers', 21 students undertook a novel effort to develop case studies on some of the most pressing problems of India's poorest population.
The expression "Bottom Of the Pyramid" or BOP consumers refers to those living with 2 $ a day or less. David and fellow Indian student Shabad Pratihast made a video case study on the life of a mess worker at IIM-C University.
