Insight into the community outreach of François Faelli

François Faelli is Professor of Strategy at Solvay Business School in Brussels.

Partner and Head of Bain & Company’s Global ESG efforts, responsible for Bain’s push
to create a more sustainable, equitable, and inclusive world, both at Bain and with clients.

He’s member of the Global Bain Executive Committee.

François has more than 20 years’ experience working with senior executives and management teams to address their most pressing strategic issues throughout Europe, Asia, North America and
Australia.

He has a deep expertise in ESG, with particular focus on circularity and the carbon transition. Extensive experience in strategy development across a broad range of geographies, industries and capabilities.

He holds a Master’s in Business and Economics from Solvay Business School.

His recent sector work has spanned food and beverages, pet food and luxury products, as well as home and personal care items. He has led multiple large, global transformation programs, especially across merger integration, organization, and growth acceleration.
