Claudia Toma is Professor of Organizational Behavior and Leadership at Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management. With a background in social psychology and a PhD from Grenoble University (2007), Claudia is conducting research in the area of judgement, decision-making, leadership and diversity. She is teaching on various topics related to team dynamics, decision-making, leadership, negotiation and management of diversity. Before Solvay, worked in various universities such as Tilburg Univeristy, Columbia Business School, Université de Lausanne. She is a researcher in Centre Emile Bernheim (CEBRIG) and Centre for Social and Cultural Psychology (CESCUP).
